In November, we completed the first elevator at Marathon Oil as a mock up before we start the rest of the 35 cabs mid-December. It was a kick off for the project. This is the biggest project we have done in Houston in a single building. The rear walls are composed of Arabescato Cervaiole Marble. The side walls are matte back painted low iron mirror by Goldray. The handrail is a Forms+Surfaces 1 1/4″ diameter satin stainless steel handrail with returned ends and Compass Series “Clamshell” standoffs. The ceiling is #4 brushed stainless steel with Axis Lighting BEAM2 LED recessed mounted fixtures with Acolyte LED perimeter strip lights. They look amazing!
