Model 130 Install Instructions

  1. Wipe down cab shell with provided cleaning solution and cloth.
  2. Install Vertical Reveal Flats-remove tape backing, align vertically, and press to secure.
  3. Install Side Wall Base-remove tape backing, measure equal distance off corners (use provided 2”
    blocking), level with provided level, and press in place. Secure with screws in holes provided at
    bottom base flange with screwdriver on a 5 clutch.
  4. Install J trim channel-sits directly on top of the base, pressed firmly against shell, outside edges
    are flush with the vertical edges of base , screw in with screwdriver on a 5 clutch to secure.
  5. Level A Side Panel – insert Panel A into J trim, lightly tap into place with provided rubber mallet,
    outside vertical edges should be flush with outside vertical base edges, screw in with
    screwdriver on 1-3 clutch to secure.
  6. Level B Side Panel – insert Panel B into Panel A, lightly tap into place with provided rubber
    mallet, vertical edges should be flush with Panel A vertical edges with 1/8” visible black reveal between panels A & B, screw in with screwdriver on 1-3 clutch to secure. (This panel will have the handrail attached if applicable).
  7. Level C Side Panel – insert Panel C into Panel B, lightly tap into place with provided rubber mallet, outside vertical edges should be flush with Panel B vertical edges with 1/8” visible black reveal between panels B & C, screw in with screwdriver on 1-3 clutch to secure
  8. Side Wall Frieze-remove tape backing, insert behind Panel D, align vertical edges with Panel D vertical edges, press into place. Secure with screws in holes provided at top frieze flange with screwdriver on a 5 clutch.
  9. Panel Edge Binder (optional)- Apply with provided silicone to outside vertical edge of panel at strike jamb door opening only.
    • Check dimensions from each side wall as you go, use provided 2” blocking
    • Each level is dependent upon the previous level, so measure each level.
    • Screw both ends and center screw location. In high wear areas, you may increase the
    amount of screws used depending upon the service environment.
    Repeat process for opposite side & rear wall.
